Reservations "fine print":

Reservation confirmed upon receipt of 20% downpayment of the projected cost of stay.

Reservations cancelled only 15 days prior to planned arrival will incur a billing of 30% of the projected cost of reserved stay.
Reservations cancelled only 7 days prior to planned arrival will incur a billing of 50% of the projected cost of reserved stay.
Reservations cancelled only 2 days prior to planned arrival will incur a billing of 80% of the projected cost of reserved stay.
Should the reservation be cancelled late (after planned arrival) or should the guest not-show, 100% of the projected cost of reserved stay will be billed.
